V rámci programu Erasmus+ absolvovala pani učiteľka Katka Čardášová jobshadowing v Katolíckom gymnáziu v Třebíči. Aj nám o tom napísala.

Job shadowing Třebíč: DEŇ PRVÝ

Po milom privítaní mi pani zástupkyňa ukázala krásne priestory historickej časti gymnázia (budova bývalého kláštora) i novú moderne vybavenú prístavbu. Porozprávala mi aj o histórii školy a (skoro) úspešne J sa snažila svoju slovenskú kolegyňu zorientovať v bludisku odborných učební, tried...

Následne som na hodinách českého jazyka pozorovala využívanie digitálnych nástrojov a aplikácií na vyučovaní. Digitálne prostredie google rooms a jamboard či mentimetra zaujalo nielen českých žiakov, ale aj pozorovateľku zo Slovenska.

Na hodine OBN pani učiteľka pripravila svojim študentom niekoľko aktivizujúcich metód práce na hodine.

Veľmi príjemné bolo stretnutie s vedením Katolíckeho gymnázia Třebíč, kde sa pán riaditeľ zaujímal nielen o našu základnú školu, ale aj o obec, v ktorej sa nachádza.

Nepochybne podnetná bola aj diskusia s vyučujúcou dejepisu, kde som sa dozvedela o zaujímavých dejepisných súťažiach so znalostnými i výkonovými úlohami (Dějepravné súťaženie, Samet na školách), na príprave ktorých sa podieľa školský parlament.

Job shadowing Třebíč: DEŇ DRUHÝ

Utorok bol opäť bohatý na podnetné a motivujúce pozorovania. Na hodine češtiny to bola štylistika, kde som mohla pozorovať inovatívne metódy výučby praktických písomností (súkromného listu) a spôsobu hodnotenia výkonov spolužiakov i sebahodnotenia.

Hodina nemeckého jazyka bola plná pohybu i využitia IKT. Precvičovať časovanie slovies zapisovaním na správne lístky rozmiestnené po triede je evidentne zábavnejšie, ako vpisovať ich do zošita.

Žiaci využívali mobilné telefóny na načítanie QR kódov cvičení i vypracovanie úloh v aplikácii blooklet, ktorá bola podľa ich reakcií evidentne obľúbená. Žiaci pracovali vo dvojiciach a zároveň súťažili s inými dvojicami spolužiakov.

Veľmi podnetné bolo pre mňa sledovať využitie metódy CLIL na hodine geografie, kde spolupracujú dve vyučujúce, aby študenti súčasne zlepšovali svoje poznatky z geografie i angličtiny. Túto metódu považujú kolegyne za motivujúcu aj pre ne samotné.

Záver dňa patril spoznávaniu historickej časti Třebíča – zámku, Baziliky sv. Prokopa a starej židovskej štvrti, ktoré vo večernom osvetlení pôsobili priam magicky.

Job shadowing Třebíč: DEŇ TRETÍ

Streda sa niesla v znamení dejepisu a českého jazyka.

Na hodinách dejepisu žiaci využívali cvičenia vytvorené v aplikácii historylab.cz - žiaci opakovali učivo z predchádzajúcej hodiny, zároveň však majú k dispozícii triedne kontá, kde môžu pracovať kooperatívne aj individuálne. Zaujali ma úlohy, v ktorých žiaci vyjadrovali svoj názor na závažnosť reálií, ktoré mohli mať vplyv na preberanú historickú udalosť – Mníchovskú dohodu z roku 1938. Podľa poradia označeného žiakmi sa zväčšoval štítok označujúci udalosť. Zároveň pán učiteľ nabádal žiakov, aby hľadali paralely v súčasnosti.

Na ďalšej hodine bolo témou umenie baroka. Počas časti hodiny znela v pozadí baroková hudba, ktorá poslúžila ako motivácia i na navodenie atmosféry. Žiaci opäť pracovali v prostredí historylab, rozoberali barokový obraz a zisťovali, aké udalosti sa odohrali v období jeho vzniku. Zároveň v mobiloch alebo tabletoch vyhľadávali informácie. Na záver hodiny si žiaci mohli vypočuť skladbu z úvodu hodiny v populárnom spracovaní.

Na hodinách češtiny sa žiaci učili o skracovaní slov prostredníctvom piesne I. Mládka Zkratky. Na vyhľadanie ich významu používali vyhľadávač vo svojich mobilných telefónoch. Keďže viaceré zo skratiek v piesni patria medzi historizmy, dochádzalo zároveň k prepojeniu s dejepisom.

Hodiny, na ktorých som sa v Třebíči v rámci pozorovania zúčastnila, boli pre mňa podnetné a teším sa, ako využijem viaceré nové formy a metódy vo svojich hodinách. K.Č.

 

As part of the Erasmus+ program, teacher Katka Čardášová completed job shadowing at the Catholic high school in Třebíč. She also wrote to us about it.

Job shadowing Třebíč: DAY ONE

After a warm welcome, the representative showed me the beautiful premises of the historical part of the gymnasium (the building of the former monastery) and the new, modernly equipped annex. She also told me about the history of the school and (almost) successfully tried to orientate her Slovak colleague in the maze of specialist classrooms, classes...

Subsequently, in Czech language classes, I observed the use of digital tools and application s in teaching. The digital environment of google rooms and jamboard or mentimeter attracted not only Czech students, but also an observer from Slovakia.

In the OBN lesson, the teacher prepared several activating methods for working in the lesson for her students.

It was very pleasant to meet with the management of the Třebíč Catholic High School, where the director was interested not only in our elementary school, but also in the village in which it is located.

Undoubtedly, the discussion with the history teacher was stimulating, where I learned about interesting history competitions with knowledge and performance tasks (Historical competition, Velvet at schools), in the preparation of which the school  parliament participates.

 

Job shadowing Třebíč: DAY TWO

Tuesday was again rich in stimulating and motivating observations. In the Czech class, it was stylistics, where I could observe innovative methods of teaching practical writings (private letter) and the way of evaluating the performance of classmates and self-evaluation.

The German language lesson was full of movement and the use of ICT. Practicing verb tenses by writing them on the correct cards spread around the class is obviously more fun than writing them in a notebook.

Pupils used their mobile phones to read the QR codes of the exercises and to complete tasks in the blooklet application, which was evidently popular according to their reactions. Pupils worked in pairs and at the same time competed with other pairs of classmates.

It was very stimulating for me to observe the use of the CLIL method in a geography class, where two teachers work together so that students simultaneously improve their knowledge of geography and English. Colleagues consider this method motivating for themselves as well.

The end of the day was exploring the historical part of Třebíč - the castle, the Basilica of St. Prokop and the old Jewish quarter, which looked magical in the evening lighting.

Job shadowing Třebíč: DAY THREE

Wednesday was marked by history and the Czech language.

In history classes, students used exercises created in the historylab.cz application - students repeated the material from the previous lesson, but at the same time they have class accounts where they can work cooperatively and individually. I was interested in the tasks in which the students expressed their opinion on the seriousness of the realities that could have an impact on the historical event discussed - the Munich Agreement of 1938. According
to the order marked by the students, the label indicating the event got bigger. At the same time, the teacher encouraged the students to look for parallels in the present.

In the next lesson, the topic was Baroque art. During part of the class, baroque music playe d in the background, which served as motivation and to create an atmosphere. Pupils worked again in the historylab environment, dissecting a baroque painting and finding out what events took place during the period of its creation. At the same time, they searched for information on mobile phones or tablets. At the end of the lesson, the students could listen
to the song from the beginning of the lesson in a popular arrangement.

In Czech lessons, students learned about shortening words through the song I. Mládek Zkratky. They used the search engine in their mobile phones to find their meaning. Since several of the abbreviations in the song belong to historicisms, there was also a connection with history.

The classes I attended in Třebíč as part of my observation were stimulating for me, and I look forward to using several new forms and methods in my classes. K.Č.
